Legal Entity: Hitch N Ride, LLC ("Hitch N Ride," "we," "our," or "us")
By accessing or using the Hitch N Ride website or mobile platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Hitch N Ride provides an online connection service that allows livestock owners ("Customers") to connect with transport providers ("Transporters") for livestock hauling. We are not a carrier, broker, or insurer, and we do not provide transportation services or guarantee animal safety.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Platform.
Customers and Transporters can create accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and activities under your account.
Payments occur between Customers and Transporters. Hitch N Ride may use third-party payment processors but is not responsible for disputes or failed payments.
We are a connection platform only and not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by user interactions or transport activities.
All site content and trademarks belong to Hitch N Ride, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify Hitch N Ride, LLC from claims or damages arising from your Platform use.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid within 12 months.
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes will be resolved in Delta County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of updates.
These additional transporter terms apply to all transporter accounts, profiles, quotes, and verification submissions on Hitch N Ride.
Transporters operate as independent businesses or independent service providers. Hitch N Ride does not employ transporters, direct routes, supervise care standards in transit, or assume responsibility for each haul.
Transporters must provide accurate and current profile, vehicle, licensing, insurance, and operating information. Submitting false, misleading, expired, or incomplete information may lead to suspension, badge removal, or account termination.
A Verified badge means Hitch N Ride reviewed submitted documentation for platform onboarding purposes. It does not guarantee ongoing compliance, route legality, animal welfare outcomes, transporter performance, or the validity of documents after approval.
If introduced in the future, any Background Verified badge will only reflect the scope of the specific screening made available by the platform or its third-party provider. It is not a warranty of safety, conduct, fitness, or future performance.
Transporters are solely responsible for maintaining any insurance, permits, registrations, health-paper compliance, and state or federal operating authority required for their trips, vehicle type, cargo, and jurisdictions served.
Transporters are solely responsible for humane handling, safe loading, route planning, vehicle condition, weather judgment, emergency response, and any other operational decisions made during transport.
Transporter profile information such as business name, profile image, location, species served, equipment details, profile description, and badges may be displayed publicly in the directory. Personal contact details and direct communication features remain restricted according to platform access rules.
Quotes submitted through the platform are made by the transporter. Hitch N Ride does not guarantee quote accuracy, route feasibility, scheduling, payment, delivery timing, or dispute outcomes between users.
Hitch N Ride may review submissions, request updated records, remove badges, pause profile visibility, reject verification, or terminate transporter accounts at its discretion where platform trust, compliance, or user safety concerns arise.
The detailed transporter attachment referenced in the request was not available in the workspace, so this section is implemented as a platform-ready baseline disclaimer.
